2 years ago we went to our first 10 course Mardi Gras tasting dinner at Wine Vault. It was an exceptional experience and we wanted to go back in 2013 BUT Lindsay was pregnant so we decided to wait. It is not as much fun without the wine, let's be serious.
I want to note that our first post on Wine Vault said the size of portions was quite small. Then the follow up said they made the portions larger. I am reverting my opinion back to the first post, the portion sizes were very small this dinner. Dinner tasted fantastic but it was a small amount of food. That being said, with all the wine/ beer/ coffee as well we were both full when we walked away.
